Ambush

I’m sorry to have been a bit M.I.A. on the blog this past week, but don’t think I wasn’t working hard! On the contrary, the past few days were busy and filled with fun blog related activities. I exchanged colleges and auditoria for press agencies and show rooms. The press days/media days/welcome days (whatever you want to call it) here in Antwerp were amazingly fun, interesting, valuable and somewhat exhausting. A big thumbs-up to all the PR agencies I visited and all the people that showed me around because how good is s/s 2012 going to be! I took a gazillion pictures of all the prettiness and I can’t wait to show you guys.

Beside the press days some blog buddies and me went to the D.A.T.E. party at Club Magic. D.A.T.E. = four guys who design amazing sneakers, but I’ll talk a lot more about them in a future post. Tonight I visited the Timberland Pop-Up store in Antwerp (Verlatstraat 29). Definitely worth a visit because not only can you design your own boat shoe, there are also yummy bites and drinks to taste and a lot of beauty products to lust over.

The upcoming days I need to make up the lack of time I’ve spend on school stuff, but expect an overview of my favourite s/s12 items really soon. That said, there are a million other things I need to show/share/reveal, but all in its own time. Patience is a virtue they say ;)

Anyways, let me introduce you to my new boots! Went to pick them up at the post office this morning and already I. Love. Them. They’re the much anticipated Topshop Ambush boots in taupe, and also my first Topshop order ever, but definitely not the last (yes, I’ve unleashed my inner Topshop addiction – moehahahhaa).

Wearing: taupe Ambush boots – Topshop | parka, silver sweater and jeans – H&M | satchel – Asos | scarf – Lavand (co UPR)
