If there’s one type of footgear still missing in my personal shoe department, leaving a big shoe-shaped void, it’s the Chelsea boot
. These tight-fitting, ankle-high boots originated in the Victorian era and were first used for horse riding. In 2013, they have traded in their old image for that of pure rock & roll. They’re seen worn by utterly cool people, mostly styled under skintight jeans and available in shops everywhere. Alexa
