DESTINATION: HEALTHY

Hello April! A new month, a new challenge. With summer aka bikini season right around the corner, I’m slowly digging into the wonderful world of work-outs and clean eating. By making squats, crunches, chia and goji berries part of my daily routine, I’m hoping to be fully ready to brave the beach come June.
