5 Beauty Essentials for Spring

Spring beauty is all about nourishing, grooming and getting ready for summer. It’s the season that makes us want to de-clutter our closets, throw out stuff we don’t need and get everything neat and organised. Same goes for my beauty regimen: it’s time to nourish your body and pamper it to the fullest!

Hand Chemistry – Intense Youth Complex

Cold winters are a nightmare for my skin, so I’m overhydrating like a maniac these days. My favourite product for happy hands is the Intense Youth Complex cream by Hand Chemistry. It promises to target 8 signs of hand aging simultaneously, and you’ll end up with improved firmness, elasticity, density, evenness, brightness, texture, smoothness and hydration. Okay, I’ll take it.

L’Oréal Professionnel – Mythic Oil

The Mytic Oil is a well-know and much loved product by L’Oréal, and I’m guessing this new oil-in-cream will also be a hit. This nourishing product casts a veil over your pre-styled hair, allowing you to blowdry / curl / flat iron it without the damage. Also, it smells divine!

L’Oréal Professionnel – Vitamino Color A-Ox

More hair care! This shampoo eliminates residue and protects color radiance while enhancing shine. It’s perfect for my highlighted locks this spring! The gel-mask from the same range is my fav: it’s especially for colour-treated hair, and I only have to leave it in for 1 minute. No time-consuming hassle in the morning, just perfectly gorgeous hair in a minute.

La Mer – Illuminating Eye Gel

I’ve talked about this product before, and weeks later, I can still rage about how awesome this eye gel is. The skin under my eyes has never felt softer or looked healthier – now all I need is a few extra hours of sleep.

What are your favourite beauty and skin care products for Spring? Do you adapt your routine to the season?
