Plaid trousers, classic two-tone pumps and a ladylike bag need to be balanced out by adding a worn-in leather jacket and plain white tee. Those last two items go with literally everything and are for sure my go-to items when it comes to combining things I’m not really sure of.
I’m also really into the plaid trend (as blogged about before) and was happy to find this pair of plaid pants at Zara. They are actually from the kids department and meant for girls age 13-14. Oops. But hey, age ain’t nothing but a number. I wore this getup to attend the opening of the Belgian Pavilion in the outlet village of Maasmechelen – but more on that later.
It’s finally weekend, and I’ve planned to be all play and no work for the next two days! Dinner dates, long walks under the autumnal rays of sun, sleeping in and finally watching the final season of Breaking Bad (how gooood is this show?!). I’m also thinking about caving in and carving out some pumpkins for next week’s Halloween. I’m embracing this season to the fullest and loving every orange/yellow/burgundy minute of it. How are you spending your weekend?
