Antwerp On the Go with Emmi Caffé Latte

Today I’m taking you with me on a tour around the city. I’m showing you what part of my day looks like, and where I like to hang out and relax. I’m doing so in partnership with Emmi Caffè Latte, the easy-to-use on-the-go cold coffee drink that is perfect for coffee lovers like me. Antwerp has so many great things to offer, and I really want you to experience the city and grow to love it as much as I do! Read all about my hotspots around the city, and then go out and explore for yourself.

De Schelde
My favourite place to visit is the bridge next to the River. The water has such soothing qualities, and I enjoy my early mornings on one of the many benches overlooking the left bank. When the sun is out I take my bike and ride up her, in my basket a magazine and my Emmi Caffè Latte Espresso – exactly what I need to kickstart the day and give me a good dose of energy!

The South
This is the neighbourhood I live and love in. Summer is the perfect place to walk around the South side of the city. The streets are filled with good vibes, goodlooking people and the best terraces. Come here on a sunny day, sit back, watch the people walk by, soak up the cultural vibes and relax. I love to do so with my Emmi Caffè Latte Macchiato Light, the perfect company for hanging around the hood on a day off.

MAS Museum aan de Stroom
The MAS in the upcoming neighbourhood ‘t Eilandje is one of those places in Antwerp that has so many memories stored of mine. I interned at the museum a few years back, right before and right after its big, festive opening. The museum tells the interesting story of Antwerp as a place of trade, its harbour, its emperors … It’s a great place to start if you’ve never been to Antwerp or know anything about its history. On top of this architectural building you’ll have the best view over all of Antwerp. You can see the harbour, the city centre, the Schelde, … I love to come here after a meeting in the neighbourhood, to just climb up the stairs and soak up the amazing view. I do so holding my Emmi Caffè Latte cappuccino, which I can easily take with me in my bag and open up when I’ve reached the top. Sipping on that cappuccino overlooking all those bright city lights… Pure bliss!
